MacGregor Black are partnering with a Leading FMCG Business on the search for an NPD Assistant. This is a permanent role based in Somerset.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing kitchen equipment, ingredients and stock to prepare samples for customer submission.
- Keeping the NPD kitchen compliant with health & safety standards.
- Preparing food samples for customer submissions to meet deadlines.
- Organising and carrying out shelf-life testing panels and documenting results.
- Supporting the wider NPD team with day-to-day tasks, administration and market research.

What are we looking for?
- Ability to prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen interest in food.
- Fully computer literate, with good Excel skills.
