The Role

As NPD Manager, you will be a key member of the team, contributing to the development and delivery of USN's innovation pipeline across the UK and international markets. Acting as the key link between the UK business and global headquarters, you will translate global innovation strategies into commercially successful product launches that meet local consumer needs and regulatory requirements. From concept through to launch, you'll manage multiple development projects, drive product innovation, work cross-functionally with commercial and technical teams, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of one of the world's leading sports nutrition brands.

The Ideal Fit

  • Degree qualified in Food Science, Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of UK and international food regulations, compliance requirements and supply chains.
  • Demonstrable leadership and cross-functional project management experience.
  • Commercially minded with strong technical product development expertise.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Passion for innovation, health and consumer-led product development.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Salary: £competitive salary range, plus company benefits.

Location: Hybrid. 3 days working from the Longbridge, UK HQ.
