NPD MANAGER | LUXURY FRAGRANCE & BEAUTY | 6-MONTH CONTRACT
London | 6-month contract | November
KJ Talent is partnering with one of the most exciting and distinctive names in the premium fragrance and beauty space to appoint an experienced NPD Manager for an initial six-month contract.
This is a brilliant opportunity to join a creative, fast-moving brand with a strong point of view, an impressive innovation pipeline and ambitious plans for the future.
We’re looking for an NPD professional who can hit the ground running and take ownership of projects across the full product development lifecycle — translating creative concepts into beautifully executed, commercially successful products.
- Work cross-functionally across creative, marketing, operations, supply chain and external manufacturing partners
- Keep multiple projects moving at pace while protecting quality, timings, cost, and brand integrity

THE ROLE
- Manage multiple NPD projects from initial concept through development, production, and launch
- Own critical paths, timelines, and key project milestones
- Partner closely with internal teams and external suppliers/manufacturers
- Drive packaging and product development, ensuring exceptional attention to detail
- Manage costs, samples, approvals, testing, and production requirements
- Identify potential risks early and proactively keep projects on track
- Bring structure, pace, and commercial thinking to a highly creative environment
- Ensure every launch delivers against the brand’s premium positioning and exacting standards
ABOUT YOU
You’ll be an established NPD / Product Development Manager with experience gained within fragrance, beauty, cosmetics, personal care, or another premium consumer brand.

- Comfortable managing complex development projects
- Confident working with suppliers and manufacturers
- Able to balance creativity with the commercial and operational realities of bringing exceptional products to market
- Thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment and can make an impact quickly
- Experience within fragrance would be particularly valuable
THE OPPORTUNITY
