Are you passionate about creating innovative food products that land on the shelves of some of the UK's biggest retailers?
We're looking for a Product Development Manager to join a highly successful and growing food business, leading the development of exciting new products for Tesco and Sainsbury's within a fast-moving and innovative category.
Reporting into the Product Development Controller, you'll manage a small but talented team of two and take ownership of customer projects from concept through to launch. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining creativity, customer engagement, and commercial thinking to deliver products that consumers love.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the delivery of NPD and innovation projects for Tesco and Sainsbury's.
- Managing and developing a team of two Product Developers.
- Working closely with commercial, category, process, and packaging teams to bring concepts to life.
- Acting as a key customer contact, building strong relationships, and presenting products directly to customers.
- Driving projects through the critical path, ensuring successful launches on time and in budget.
- Supporting innovation days, customer showcases, and future pipeline development.
