Are you passionate about creating products that excite customers and drive growth? I'm looking for an experienced NPD Manager to join a fast-paced food manufacturing business and lead the journey from concept to launch.

This is a hands-on role where you'll collaborate with commercial, technical and production teams to deliver innovative, customer-focused products that meet commercial targets.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage NPD projects from initial brief to launch, ensuring they hit deadlines and deliver on quality and cost.
  • Lead line trials, product evaluations and presentations to customers.
  • Identify opportunities for new products that meet customer and market needs.
  • Work closely with colleagues across commercial, technical and operations to bring ideas to life.
  • Keep accurate records and ensure all projects follow the company's NPD processes.

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment, ideally with branded or own-label products.
  • A background in food technology, food engineering or a related discipline.
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to work directly with customers.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time.
  • Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets and NPD systems.
