Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in electronic product development, NPI, manufacturing engineering, or product engineering within high-reliability, regulated, safety-critical, harsh-environment, or high-performance applications.
• Demonstrable experience transferring electronic products from concept or prototype through qualification, production release, and manufacturing ramp-up.
• Strong practical background in electronic manufacturing, including process development, assembly, inspection, production test, and manufacturing documentation.
• Good electronic engineering knowledge, with experience reviewing or developing schematics, layouts, component selections, and bills of material.
• Good understanding of design for manufacturability, design for assembly, design for test, and design for reliability, together with process validation, root cause analysis, engineering change control, and configuration management.
• Experience participating in cross-functional design and manufacturing reviews, with strong planning, communication, problem-solving, and hands-on production support skills.

Desirable Experience

• Experience with hybrid microelectronics, micro circuit modules, advanced electronic packaging, chip-and-wire, chip-and-bond wire, die attach, or wire bonding.
• Experience with RF, microwave, high-frequency, precision analogue, or harsh-environment electronics.
• Experience developing or manufacturing electronics for oil and gas, aerospace, defense, space, automotive, medical, or other high-reliability sectors.
• Experience with product qualification, environmental or reliability testing, process qualification, or manufacturing-readiness assessment.
• Knowledge of relevant IPC, aerospace, defense, or high-reliability electronics standards.
• Familiarity with process FMEA, control plans, APQP, PPAP, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar NPI and continuous-improvement approaches.
• Experience working with external suppliers, subcontract manufacturers, or specialist process providers.

Other Requirements

• You must be eligible for full security clearance.
• Occasional travel may be required for supplier, customer, or project engagement.
