Join Our Team as a New Product Introduction (NPI) Project Manager – Drive Innovation from Concept to Production!

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated NPI Project Manager to lead the production activities of innovative products, ensuring seamless commercialization and operational readiness. This is a unique opportunity to influence product development at a global level, working closely with R&D, Engineering, Supply Chain, and manufacturing partners.
What You’ll Do
- Lead cross-functional projects across the entire product lifecycle, from NPI to production,
- Coordinate efforts with global R&D, Engineering, Operations, and external suppliers,
- Manage project timelines, scope, budgets, risks, and quality standards,
- Oversee documentation control, BOM revisions, engineering changes, and production processes,
- Collaborate with contract manufacturers, OEMs, and suppliers to ensure operational excellence,
- Contribute to engineering change management, lifecycle support, and process improvements,
- Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
Required Skills
- B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field,
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in engineering or operations, including project management and NPI,
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary projects with a strong focus on production readiness,
- In-depth knowledge of NPI processes, manufacturing operations, supply chain, and supplier management,
- Experience working with contract manufacturers and third-party production environments,
- Proficiency with PLM (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter), ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite,
- Excellent communication skills–verbal, written, and presentation–across diverse audiences,
- Strong organizational skills, ownership mindset, and attention to detail,
- Ability to influence and lead meetings in a matrix, global environment.

Nice To Have Skills
- Experience with manufacturing quality systems and supplier quality assurance,
- Familiarity with engineering change processes and product lifecycle management,
- Knowledge of legal, regulatory, and compliance aspects related to product launch,
- Ability to work with global teams and adapt across cultures.
Preferred Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or similar,
- 5-7+ years in engineering/operations roles focused on product development and production,
- Prior experience managing projects in a high-tech manufacturing setting.
