Position Overview
This position is located within a global pharmaceutical leader’s Engineering department, supporting the development and delivery of next-generation connected products. You’ll be central to transforming concepts into commercialized products, ensuring operational, engineering, supply chain, quality, and regulatory requirements are fully captured and executed.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee delivery of new hardware products into manufacturing, ensuring smooth handover from development to production.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and regulatory to align on requirements and timelines.
- Build structured project plans, manage risks, track progress, and ensure milestones are met.
- Prepare production environments for launch, including documentation, processes, tooling, and quality controls.
- Work closely with external manufacturing partners to support line setup, transfers, and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate product information such as BOMs, revisions, part numbers, and production instructions.
- Manage engineering changes throughout the product lifecycle and ensure updates are implemented correctly.
- Keep PLM/ERP systems updated with complete and compliant product data.
- Support problem-solving across manufacturing, procurement, logistics, supplier quality, and regulatory teams.

Your Profile
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong background in engineering, operations, or manufacturing, ideally with experience launching new products.
- Solid project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes, production readiness, supply chain planning, and supplier/CMO engagement.
- Experience working with external manufacturing partners or third-party production environments.
- Comfortable managing documentation, BOM structures, revision control, and engineering change processes.
- Familiar with PLM/ERP systems; knowledge of Teamcenter is a plus.
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency across Microsoft Office.
- Clear communicator able to work across different functions and global teams.
- Organised, detail-focused, and confident taking ownership of deliverables.
- Fluent in English and able to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Willing to travel occasionally for supplier or project-related work.
