New Products & Strategic Partnerships Manager
The New Products & Strategic Partnerships role will identify, evaluate and commercialise new products, services and partnerships that strengthen Gigaclear’s customer proposition, creates new revenue streams and supports the Company’s long-term growth ambitions.
Working closely with the Commercial Strategy & Propositions team, Marketing & Digital, Technology, Finance and Insight & Intelligence, the role will transform emerging market opportunities into commercially successful propositions.
The role combines strategic thinking, commercial acumen and partnership development, ensuring Gigaclear continues to innovate whilst maintaining a disciplined approach to investment, prioritisation and commercial delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver Future Portfolio Growth Strategy
- Lead the identification and assessment of new commercial growth opportunities beyond Gigaclear’s established Consumer and Business Services portfolios.
- Develop and maintain a structured innovation pipeline aligned to the Company’s long-term strategy, evaluating opportunities based on customer demand, commercial attractiveness, operational feasibility and strategic fit.

Identify New Products & Adjacent Revenue Opportunities

Continuously monitor market developments, customer behaviour and emerging technologies to identify new products and services that complement Gigaclear’s core connectivity propositions and create sustainable new revenue streams.

- Mobile services
- TV, content and entertainment partnerships
- Gaming partnerships
- Smart home solutions & connected device ecosystems
- Insurance and home security solutions
- Financial services
- Home energy

Develop robust commercial business cases, working with internal stakeholders to assess customer demand, commercial viability, operational readiness and strategic fit before progressing opportunities through to market.

Develop & Evolve Strategic Partnerships
- Identify, negotiate and manage strategic partnerships that enhance Gigaclear’s customer proposition and accelerate commercial growth.
- Relationships with new technology vendors, content providers, communications providers, gaming platforms, smart home providers, utilities, platform partners and emerging technology companies.

Commercial Evaluation & Business Case Development

Develop compelling commercial business cases for new products, partnerships and investment opportunities.

- Customer demand

- Strategic alignment
- Competitive differentiation
- Customer experience
- Operational readiness
- Investment requirements
- Financial return & payback

Present clear, evidence-based recommendations to senior leadership, enabling informed investment decisions supported by robust commercial analysis.

Market Insight & Future Trends
- Develop a deep understanding of emerging customer needs, market trends and disruptive technologies.
- Represent Gigaclear with key technology partners, suppliers, industry bodies and innovative technology companies.

Cross Functional Delivery
- Act as the commercial sponsor for new product launches and partnership implementations.
- Work closely with Technology, Operations, Customer Services, Marketing & Digital and Sales to coordinate delivery from concept through to successful market launch.
Success Measures
Success in this role will be measured by Gigaclear’s ability to create sustainable new sources of growth beyond its established Consumer and Business Services portfolios.
- The New Products & Strategic Partnerships Manager will be expected to build a high-quality pipeline of future commercial opportunities, successfully launch new products and strategic partnerships, and generate meaningful incremental revenue from adjacent markets.
- Success will also be measured through the commercial performance of strategic partnerships, the speed at which new opportunities are brought to market, the quality of investment recommendations and the effectiveness of Gigaclear’s innovation framework.
- Ultimately, the role will ensure Gigaclear remains ahead of changing customer expectations, strengthens its competitive differentiation and creates the next generation of products, partnerships and services that fuel long-term profitable growth.

Skills & Experience
The successful candidate will have experience in new product development, strategic partnerships, innovation, corporate development or commercial strategy within telecommunications, technology, digital services or another fast-moving commercial environment.
- They will have a proven ability to identify market opportunities, develop compelling business cases and bring new products, partnerships or commercial propositions successfully to market.
- The successful candidate will be commercially curious and externally focused, with strong relationship-building skills and experience negotiating or managing strategic partnerships.
- Experience across adjacent digital services, mobile, entertainment, gaming, smart home technologies, AI-enabled services or other technology ecosystems would be advantageous, together with experience assessing commercial investments, evaluating market opportunities and leading cross-functional product launches.
