At SEPHORA UK

Beauty isn’t just what we sell - it’s who we are. It’s the freedom to express yourself, the thrill of discovering something new, and the power of belonging to a community that celebrates every identity. From our beginnings in France to becoming part of the LVMH family, we’ve always pushed boundaries through creativity, innovation, and inclusivity.

Today, as we continue our exciting expansion across the UK, we’re looking for passionate, driven individuals to help shape the future of prestige beauty in one of the world’s most dynamic retail markets.

The Opportunity

At SEPHORA UK, we're delivering one of the most exciting retail expansion programmes in the country, with an ambitious pipeline of new store openings in 2027.

We're looking for an experienced New Stores & Construction Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of store development projects across the UK. This is a hands-on construction delivery role, managing projects from site identification and design coordination through to construction, handover and successful store opening.

This position will suit someone who has delivered multi-site retail construction programmes for well-known retail brands and is comfortable managing contractors, landlords, consultants and internal stakeholders to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Lead the delivery of new store openings and major refurbishments across Sephora UK's growing retail portfolio.
  • Manage projects from feasibility and design through to construction, handover and store opening.
  • Oversee external consultants, architects, contractors and shopfitting partners throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage construction programmes, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on budget and against key milestones.
  • Own project budgets, capex spend, forecasting and cost control activities.
  • Coordinate landlord approvals, planning submissions, Building Control requirements and statutory compliance.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, quality standards and Health & Safety compliance.
  • Manage contractor performance, risk registers and issue resolution throughout project delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal Property, Retail Operations, VM, IT, Procurement and Finance teams to ensure store readiness.
  • Lead project handovers, snagging activities and final store opening readiness reviews.
  • Drive value engineering opportunities and continuous improvement across project delivery processes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
