New Territories Growth Marketing Manager
We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a New Territories Growth Marketing Manager to join the Group Marketing team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a remote role that may require occasional travel.
HOURS OF WORK:
Monday to Friday, 37.5 Hours per week
Purpose
The purpose of the New Territories Growth Marketing Manager is to support the expansion of Amey into new emerging territories by delivering high-quality, insight-led marketing that strengthens local awareness, positions our capabilities clearly, and supports work-winning activities.
What You Will Do
- Support market entry and growth strategies through localised marketing plans, campaigns, events, and digital activity.
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform positioning, messaging, and go-to-market approaches.
- Adapt global content, propositions, and brand assets for local relevance while maintaining brand consistency.
- Develop and coordinate case studies, marketing materials, social content, and digital campaigns, monitoring performance and reporting on outcomes.
- Partner with Business Development and Work Winning teams to create impactful bid materials and client-facing collateral.
- Lead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) activities for priority accounts in emerging markets.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and deliver targeted engagement campaigns across digital, social, and event channels.
- Manage multiple marketing projects, agencies, and delivery teams through Monday.com, ensuring effective planning, briefing, and timely delivery of high-quality marketing activity.
What You Will Bring
- Proven marketing communications experience, ideally within a fast-paced B2B environment.
- Experience delivering campaigns, content, digital marketing, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Strong project management, organisation, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across regions.
- Proficient in CMS, CRM, and email marketing platforms, with an understanding of marketing analytics and performance measurement.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams, functions, and cultures.
- Creative, proactive, and adaptable, with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive in evolving environments.
- Familiarity with design principles and experience briefing creative teams effectively.
