Job Description
Location: Donnelly Group, Mallusk Way

We are now recruiting enthusiastic and driven Sales Executives to join our established Mallusk team and build a rewarding career in the automotive industry. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a diverse range of vehicles, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and develop your earning potential within a successful and growing business.
This role offers an expected On-Target Earnings (OTE) of £41,500, with uncapped commission opportunities, giving you the potential to maximise your earnings based on your performance.
Responsibilities
About The Role
- Sell a wide range of new, used and commercial vehicles tailored to customer needs
- Guide customers through the buying process and deliver solutions that match their requirements
- Follow up and convert leads from CRM and other sources into successful sales
- Provide expert advice on finance, insurance, and related products
- Build lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Support colleagues to achieve team sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, sales progress, and customer interactions
- Consistently deliver exceptional levels of customer satisfaction
Candidate Requirements
- Proven sales experience (minimum 1–2 years) in a target-driven environment
- Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for working with people
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and adaptable to fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of vehicle makes, models, and technologies (training provided)
- Ability to achieve/exceed KPIs and convert leads into sales
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C (including Maths & English)
- Full valid UK driving licence

Company Culture

Required Criteria
- At least 1 years previous experience in a sales environment working towards targets
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C including Maths and English
- Full valid driving license required
- A high level of IT literacy, including knowledge of MS Office
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Be able to work independently and also as part of a team
- Positive, confident, determined approach
- Driven to meet targets
- Time management skills
- Experience of Kerridge or another CRM system would be advantageous but not essential
