Job Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Provide daily on-site support at the warehouses of partnered wholesalers to ensure product display and promotion execution.
- Customer Relationship Maintenance: Regularly visit customers, understand their needs, maintain long-term cooperative relationships, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Problem Solving: Quickly respond to customer feedback, coordinate internal company resources, and resolve product, logistics, or sales issues.
- Market Intelligence Collection: Monitor market dynamics, analyze competitor movements, and provide valuable data to support the company's sales strategy.
- Sales Drive: Optimize customer inventory management to ensure adequate product supply and full SKU availability.
- Training & Coaching: Provide product knowledge and sales skills training to wholesalers and retailers to enhance terminal sales capabilities.
- Promotional Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns to increase market share and sales performance.

- Experience: Experience in retail management, wholesale channel management, or marketing support, with experience in FMCG or consumer electronics.
- Work Attitude: Strong sense of responsibility, high work passion, strong stress tolerance, and willingness to work deeply on the front lines of the market.
- Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the UK.
- Language: Fluent English communication.
- Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, with expertise in customer relationship management; Strong problem-solving skills; able to independently handle unexpected on-site situations.
