Job Title: Newly Qualified Residential Conveyancer (Buy to Let Team)

Location: Hybrid (2 days office-based in South Wales)

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 DOE + benefits

About the Role:

TSR Legal are currently working with a well-established, forward-thinking law firm based in South Wales who are looking to expand their Residential Property team with the addition of a Newly Qualified Conveyancer. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive, modern practice with a strong reputation in the market and a genuine focus on quality work rather than volume-driven conveyancing.

The role sits within a specialist Buy to Let conveyancing team, offering exposure to a varied caseload including residential investment purchases, refinances, landlord portfolios, and associated property transactions. You'll be working alongside experienced fee earners in a structured but collaborative environment, with full support for your continued development.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
