The Role
This is a rare opening for a newly qualified employment lawyer seeking a role with a global law firm. In this newly created role you will be exposed to a broad spectrum of contentious and non-contentious work including:
- Tribunal claims
- HR advisory
- Outsourcing
- Project work
- Restructuring
- DEI projects
- Investigations
- Senior exits

Required Experience, Skills and Attributes
- Excellent academics.
- A recent employment seat, ideally as your final or penultimate seat.
- Training or qualification at a well regarded employment practice or in-house.
- Exposure to advising large businesses on employment matters.
- Strong drafting and legal research skills, with the confidence to run tasks autonomously.
