Job Description
We are looking for an experienced litigation professional to join our fantastic in-house Legal Team. We are being very open-minded with regard to experience and we will mould the role around you. Ultimately, you will be responsible for proactively managing a high-volume and fast-moving portfolio of litigation matters within a regulated financial services environment.
The role requires an individual who is able to proactively manage (with appropriate supervision based on your experience to date) a high volume and fast-moving portfolio of customer legal claims, the majority of which arise from claims management companies, and security enforcement. The role requires someone who has experience of volume litigation and who is pragmatic, commercially-minded and solutions-focused.
In addition to managing their own matters, the successful candidate will support the supervision, development and quality assurance of junior team members, helping to ensure consistency, efficiency and high standards across the team. The role will involve regular monitoring, interpretation and presentation of MI, data trends and insights, using these to identify trends to inform decision-making.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
