The Opportunity
We are working with a well-established law firm that is looking to appoint a Newly Qualified Solicitor or Junior Solicitor with up to around 2 years' PQE to join its Commercial Litigation / Dispute Resolution team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to develop their career within a commercial environment and gain further experience across a broad range of contentious matters.
The Role
You will work alongside experienced solicitors on a variety of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters, supporting clients through different stages of disputes. Your responsibilities may include:

- Assisting with a range of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters.
- Conducting legal research and preparing case-related documentation.
- Drafting correspondence, pleadings, and other legal documents.
- Supporting senior lawyers with case preparation and strategy.
- Liaising with clients, counsel, and other relevant parties.
- Managing your own caseload as your experience develops.
- Attending meetings and contributing to client matters.
- Developing your understanding of commercial disputes and dispute resolution.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Is newly qualified or has up to approximately 2 years' PQE.
- Has a genuine interest in Commercial Litigation and/or Dispute Resolution.
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Is commercially minded and enjoys working with clients.
- Has good attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Is keen to learn and develop within a specialist team.
- Can work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team.
