About the Role

Founded in 2012, LADbible Group is redefining entertainment and news for a social generation. Our global community engages with our content–spanning editorial, video, documentary and live – we reach 1 billion people each and every month. Our mission is to give the youth generation a voice by building communities that laugh, think and act. Using all major platforms, we’ve rapidly risen to become one of the world's largest publishers.

SPORTbible is looking for a News Editor to help lead the next stage of our editorial growth.

Reporting to the Brand Editor, you'll shape our daily sports agenda across web and social - deciding what we cover, how we cover it, and what makes fans stop scrolling.

This is hands-on. Covering the biggest stories is only part of the job; the real question is always what SPORTbible can add. The detail others missed. The thing fans actually want explained. The follow-up nobody else chased.

We're moving towards fewer, stronger, more distinctive stories. You'll lead that shift, and help the journalists around you make it.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
