At Stylist, we're passionate about creating content that informs, inspires, and connects with our audience. We're looking for a talented Newsletter Editor to lead the strategy, creation, and performance of our growing newsletter portfolio.

This is an exciting opportunity for an editorial professional who understands how to build engaged audiences through compelling email content. You'll take ownership of Stylist's newsletters, developing content strategies that drive subscriber growth, engagement, retention, and commercial performance while ensuring everything we produce reflects the voice, values, and quality standards of the Stylist brand.

You'll oversee the end-to-end production of key newsletter products including Stylist Loves, The Village, The Watch List, Sunday Supplement, Well by Stylist, and future launches. Working closely with Editorial, Commercial, Marketing, and Creative teams, you'll ensure newsletters are delivered to an exceptional standard and continue to evolve based on audience insight and performance data.

A key part of the role will be leading Stylist's affiliate content strategy across email channels. You'll identify opportunities to create valuable commerce-led content that resonates with readers, drives revenue growth, and maintains the trust and integrity that our audience expects from the brand.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead the editorial planning, commissioning, editing, production, and scheduling of Stylist's newsletter portfolio
  • Develop engaging newsletter content that supports audience growth, retention, and loyalty
  • Own newsletter performance, using data, audience insight, and testing to improve open rates, click-through rates, and overall engagement
  • Create and deliver Stylist's affiliate content strategy across newsletters and subscriber communications
  • Manage affiliate activity and promotional budgets to maximize commercial return and deliver revenue targets
  • Partner with Editorial, Marketing, Commercial, and Creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns and audience initiatives
  • Ensure all content is accurate, legally compliant, fact-checked, proofread, and aligned with Stylist's tone of voice
  • Monitor industry trends, audience behavior, and newsletter best practice to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation
  • Lead subject-line testing, content experimentation, and performance optimization initiatives
  • Commission and manage contributors to deliver high-quality editorial content

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
