Job Title: NGO Capacity Building & Partnerships Specialist (AIESEC Global Volunteer)

About the Project & Role

Join a 4-week AIESEC Global Volunteer opportunity supporting SDG #17: Partnerships for the Goals (Target 17.17) in Sfax, Tunisia. In this role, you will analyze local NGO needs, identify growth areas in community social projects, and implement strategies to expand their operational reach and impact.

Weekly Roadmap & Responsibilities

  • Week 1: Conduct needs analysis and build a tailored social media plan for partner NGOs.
  • Week 2: Develop targeted marketing content to enhance community outreach.
  • Week 3: Execute and manage digital channels to engage local grassroots initiatives.
  • Week 4: Review performance metrics, refine strategies, and deliver actionable growth recommendations.

Key Qualifications

  • Background: Marketing, Communications, or Non-Profit Management.
  • Skills: Strategic Communication, Adaptability, and Cross-Cultural Collaboration.
  • Languages: English (Required); basic knowledge of Arabic is helpful but not necessary.
  • Education: Minimum High School completion required.

Logistics & Schedule

  • Working Hours: Monday–Wednesday & Friday (10:00 AM – 3:00 PM), Thursday (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM).
