NHIS Admin Support Officer

We are looking for an organised and proactive NHIS Admin Support Officer to provide efficient, confidential administrative and secretarial support to NHIS senior managers and the wider NHIS team. The role includes coordinating meetings and appointments, taking and distributing minutes, preparing high-quality documents, responding to enquiries, maintaining records, supporting events, and assisting with purchasing, invoices and office supplies.

The successful candidate will have strong communication, organisation and Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, work accurately to deadlines and use their own initiative. The role is based across NHIS sites and supports the delivery of digital, data and technology services to health and care organisations.
