NHS 111 Health Advisor

Competitive Salary:
- Training and daytime shifts: £12.71 per hour
- Evenings and night shifts: £16.52 per hour
- Weekend shifts: £18.42 per hour
Working Patterns:
- Part Time: 24 hours per week
Start date:
- From August 2026 onwards

With us, every call makes the difference. Our NHS 111 teams are there when people need urgent help, offering safe, compassionate advice day and night.
As a 111 Health Advisor you will:
- Answer calls from patients who need urgent medical help or advice.
- Use the NHS Pathways system to assess symptoms and determine the next steps.
- Provide reassurance, clear information and advice for safe patient outcomes.
- Bring empathy, patience and professionalism to every call.
- Make a difference with every conversation in this fast‑paced, rewarding role.
