Do you have experience working in NHS, charity or public sector? Can you work a few hours a week from home? Can you report risks issues a small project team (Expected start date First Week In September 2026)

What difference will you make?

This role supports Think Tenacity Events and Free Therapy Team to continue providing FREE counselling and mental health support for our members from the Black community.

This volunteering role will help our nonprofit organisation develop free entry events for 2026 to drive future success for the organisation to educate and raise awareness of Black mental health issues in the community.

What are we looking for?

Skills / Experience

  • Minimum two years experience maintaining project tracker records with high excitability skills deadline skills.
  • Ability to use WhatsApp for project team communications
  • Operationally focussed
  • Ability to monitor income and expenditure accurately.
  • High organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Effective interpersonal skills
  • High written and verbal communication
  • Ability to stay calm working under pressure
  • Must have proactive approach to share new ideas
  • Self-motivated to work independently and remotely but can adapt to be a team player

Main Responsibilities

Do you have the skills to help our small team to develop and maintain a NHS Project Tracker Deadline Spreadsheet for stakeholders engagement support our Flagship Think Tenacity Mental Health Workshops/Event free to attend for Black marginalised communities.

The tracker you create should provide Think Tenacity Senior Management Team a clear, real-time overview dashboard of all NHS stakeholder engagement connected with our mental health workshops and events,

The Project Coordinator working from home will be responsible for ensuring the tracker is accurate and up to date whilst maintaining deadlines.

Provide clear project status to CEO and Senior Management Team and wider Project Team weekly team meetings via Zoom

Our stakeholders include

We are looking for someone who is a highly deadline orientated person to meet team deadlines for weekly Project Status Reports updating the CEO and Senior Management Team (Wednesdays).

Weekly Accountability | Project Status Reporting

  • What deadlines are approaching?
  • Which actions are overdue?
  • How many NHS stakeholders are currently engaged?
  • How many Charity/NHS charity stalls are confirmed?
  • Stakeholders activity non-clinical staff vs clinical staff.
  • What project actions require management escalation?
  • Identify and reporting risks issues so the wider team for early risk mitigation strategies
