OTE £140k+ uncapped | Pre-IPO opportunity

Are you a proven enterprise software sales professional with experience selling into the NHS? Most sales roles ask you to hit a number. This one asks you to help change how the NHS serves patients and staff — while building genuine equity in a company heading toward IPO.

VerseOne is one of the UK's leading AI-powered Digital Experience (DXP) solution providers to the NHS. For more than 20 years they have delivered innovative and integrated digital platforms that help NHS organisations improve patient access, staff engagement and operational efficiency. Today they support 70+ NHS Trusts nationally and are entering an ambitious scale-up phase as they significantly expand their solutions and market presence.

They are now looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to help drive the next stage of growth.

The opportunity

This is a strategic new business role where you will take ownership of developing new NHS relationships based on well proven existing solutions within an established customer base. You will work directly with senior NHS stakeholders and sell enterprise-grade, six-figure Digital Experience Solutions that deliver real impact. In your first year, success looks like: building a qualified pipeline across NHS Trusts, ICBs and ICSs, and closing your first six-figure deals.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and managing a strong pipeline of strategic opportunities
  • Building trusted relationships with senior NHS leaders and digital teams

  • Experience selling into the NHS, or potentially the wider public sector
  • The ability to manage complex stakeholder environments
  • Confidence building business cases and demonstrating ROI
  • A considered, relationship-led approach — long cycles, senior stakeholders, and deals built on trust rather than volume
