As we continue to look expand our impact across the NHS, we are looking at building a network of exceptional leaders who may be interested in future regional NHS Services Director opportunities across our organisation, throughout the UK.

We are proactively looking to engage with talented individuals who would be interested in exploring future opportunities as our services continue to grow.

We are keen to connect with dynamic and strategic leaders who can drive service growth, strengthen NHS partnerships, and help improve patient outcomes across a defined regional footprint.

You would be responsible for leading the delivery of NHS Service Income targets, shaping market access strategies, increasing service penetration, and building strong relationships with NHS stakeholders and decision-makers. The position would provide the opportunity to make a measurable impact on both patient experience and service performance.

We are particularly interested in speaking with individuals who thrive on ownership, influence, and delivering results. Successful leaders in these types of roles work cross-functionally with clinical, operational, financial, and mobilisation teams to ensure services are impactful, efficient, and valued by both patients and healthcare partners.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver and exceed key commercial metrics including patient volume, service income, yield and NPS.
  • Build and execute annual regional sales and marketing plans to support growth and profitability.
  • Develop a strong NHS sales pipeline spanning trusts, ICBs, and wider stakeholders.
  • Own long-term trusted relationships with NHS partners, driving advocacy and uptake of services.
  • Meet with customers to launch new or enhanced services, elevating penetration and market share.
  • Work closely with clinical, finance and operational teams to shape new and existing service offerings.
  • Negotiate advantageous terms for new business, aligning with legal and commercial governance.
  • Lead insight-driven activity using data on cost savings, patient outcomes, and service excellence.
  • Partner with NHS Operations colleagues to deploy regional activity effectively.
  • Chair monthly performance reviews and create action plans for regional recovery where required.

What You Bring

We’re looking for a confident, influential leader with deep experience navigating NHS environments and delivering commercial success across complex service portfolios.

You’ll also have:

  • Strong budget management and sales forecasting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills across written, verbal, and presentation formats.
  • The ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and build exceptional relationships.
  • Proven experience in customer account management and issue resolution.
  • A track record managing clinical and logistical service portfolios.
  • Strong organisational and planning capability, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Business management qualifications are desirable but not essential.
