Our client is currently building out their UK Commercial Sales function and is looking for driven NHS sales professionals who are passionate about working with products that make a real impact on patients living with long-term illnesses, while joining a growing business that is investing heavily in its commercial team.

Main Purpose of the Role

You will be responsible for driving sales growth and increasing market share across your territory, while building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, clinical teams, and patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets and increase market share by securing new accounts and expanding the existing catheter pouch portfolio footprint.
  • Develop, execute, and review data-driven territory plans aligned with wider business objectives and NHS Integrated Care System priorities.
  • Engage with community and acute healthcare professionals to drive patient adoption through strategic referral pathways.
  • Partner with internal sales and marketing leadership while maintaining accurate pipelines and performance metrics within CRM systems (HubSpot).

Requirements:

  • At least one year of continuous experience selling medical products to NHS customers.
  • Living within the relevant territory.
  • A passion for working in a commercial role with sales targets.
  • Full UK driving licence and fluency in English.
