Our client is an established medical device business experiencing an exciting period of growth following recent investment, with further expansion of its UK commercial team underway.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded NHS sales professional looking to take ownership of their own territory and develop their career within a growing healthcare business. The role will focus on specialist products supporting patients across the renal and oncology therapy areas, giving you the opportunity to work closely with healthcare professionals and make a tangible difference to patient care.

Main Purpose of the Role

As an NHS Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing sales across your territory, growing existing NHS relationships and identifying new opportunities for the company's specialist product portfolio.

You will spend a significant amount of time in the field, building relationships with healthcare professionals across renal and oncology settings, supporting product adoption and helping to develop referral pathways that ultimately benefit patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow sales and market share across your territory by developing existing NHS accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with nurses, healthcare professionals and other key NHS stakeholders across acute settings.
  • Work closely with healthcare professionals to understand patient needs and promote appropriate use of the product portfolio.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce the products into new accounts and develop existing customer relationships.
  • Take ownership of your territory, planning customer activity and prioritising opportunities to maximise commercial performance.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a sales role within the medical device, healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.
  • Experience selling into or working with NHS customers.
  • A genuine interest in developing a career within healthcare sales and taking ownership of a commercial territory.
  • Confident communicating with healthcare professionals and building relationships at different levels.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
