About The Role

As our Night Auditor, you'll be the face of the hotel throughout the night, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and exceptional service. From late-night arrivals to early-morning departures, you'll play a key role in creating a positive guest experience while overseeing the smooth running of the hotel during overnight hours.

Working independently and as part of the wider hotel team, you'll balance guest service responsibilities with important financial and operational tasks, helping to ensure the hotel is ready for a successful day ahead.

What You'll Do

  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, issuing room keys and handling payments.
  • Respond promptly to guest enquiries, requests, messages, and concerns, delivering excellent customer service at all times.
  • Carry out regular security walk-rounds to ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and the property.
  • Complete the night audit process, including running end-of-day reports and reconciling daily financial transactions.
  • Resolve any billing queries or disputed charges professionally and accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area.
  • Ensure all overnight operational procedures are completed and hand over effectively to the daytime team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
