Night Café Supervisor
We are looking for a Night Café Supervisor to join Temperance Cocoa Rooms team at London Museum, opening its doors on 28 November.
Typical shifts will range from Thursday to Sunday, flexibly starting at 10pm and finishing at 7am.
Temperance Cocoa Rooms will operate round-the-clock hours to echo the 24hr rhythm of the city. It will be a place where early risers, night owls and post-service crowds can converge. A tee-total meet up space, with room to host community clubs, intimate events and talks.
If you're excited by the idea of creating a café that becomes a favourite after-dark London destination, we'd love to hear from you.
At Green and Fortune, we take pride of the connections we make through the moments and memories we create.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
