Night Care Assistant – Residential Care
Location: Halmer Court, Spalding, Lincolnshire
Salary: £13.00 per hour + Paid Training + Amazing Employee Benefits
Hours: Full-Time, 44 hours per week (Night shifts, alternate weekends)

Your Role as a Night Care Assistant
Being a Night Care Assistant means being a reassuring presence throughout the night. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring residents feel safe, comfortable, and supported.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing companionship and emotional reassurance during the night
- Assisting with personal care and hygiene
- Supporting mobility where required
- Carrying out regular checks to ensure residents’ safety and wellbeing
- Supporting a calm and comfortable environment
- Assisting with light housekeeping duties
- Administering or supporting medication management where required

Located in the heart of Spalding, Halmer Court is a purpose-built care home offering 61 ensuite rooms designed for comfort, dignity, and ease of mobility. We provide residential, dementia, and respite care in a fully accessible setting tailored to older adults with a range of care needs.
