Night Support Worker – Colchester
Shift Times: 10pm–8am, 3 nights per week
Please note: You will be working on a rota basis and must be fully flexible to work

Your Role as a Support Worker
Responsibilities
As a Night Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of the people we support during overnight hours. Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and responding to individual needs throughout the night
- Supporting with personal care routines, where required
- Ensuring a calm and safe environment for restful sleep
- Recording and reporting any changes in health or behaviour
- Promoting independence and dignity in every interaction
- Supporting with morning routines and preparing for the day ahead
- Responding to emergencies and following established protocols
- Maintaining accurate documentation and handover notes
