Rendall & Rittner
£28,000
Bermondsey (Crimscott Street) - SE1 5WS
4 days on, 4 days off 1900 - 0700
DEVELOPMENT DETAILS
You’ll be the overnight presence at a contemporary London Square neighbourhood in Bermondsey, bringing calm, confidence and care to a community of around 450 apartments set across a reinvented 4.7-acre former industrial site. This mixed-use setting includes a Co-op, arts studios and peaceful landscaped courtyards, with residents enjoying a gym and modern amenities. The atmosphere is urban and creative, with Bermondsey Underground and London Bridge within easy walking distance—your lobby will be a welcoming, well-run hub as the city winds down and the night comes to life.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
You will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors overnight, delivering exceptional service while maintaining a safe, secure building. You’ll manage the front desk, monitor CCTV, complete regular patrols, handle incidents and keep detailed logs, ensuring a seamless handover to the day team every morning.
What Success Looks Like

- Deliveries, keys and access are controlled with precision and accountability.
- Public areas are kept immaculate and any maintenance concerns are identified and escalated early.
- Contractors, emergency services and the day team experience smooth coordination and communication.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
