DEVELOPMENT DETAILS
You’ll be the welcoming face at a prestigious riverside address of 216 bespoke apartments set across six elegant buildings, arranged around peaceful landscaped courtyards and opposite the historic St Clement Danes church. Residents enjoy five-star amenities, including a 24-hour concierge, pool, spa, fitness studio and private cinema, creating a hotel-grade environment where service expectations are high. With Temple Underground moments away and a calm, refined atmosphere, you’ll work in a polished setting that blends heritage views with contemporary luxury living.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
You will deliver exceptional front-of-house service throughout the night, ensuring residents and guests feel safe, supported and warmly welcomed. You’ll manage building access and security, handle enquiries, coordinate deliveries and contractors, and keep detailed logs and reports so daytime teams are fully briefed.

- Every resident interaction feels personal, professional and proactive, especially during late hours.
- The building remains secure and calm, with incidents handled swiftly and documented clearly.
- Handover reports are concise, accurate and ready for the morning team without follow-up needed.
- Visitor, key and parcel management runs smoothly, with zero lost items and clear audit trails.
- Amenity spaces are pristine, prepared and compliant with procedures at the start of each day.
- You anticipate needs, spot issues early and coordinate solutions without disrupting residents.

How You'll Spend Most Of Your Time
- Managing access control, CCTV monitoring and nightly security checks across the development.
- Greeting residents and guests, answering queries and providing local and amenity information.
- Coordinating deliveries, logging parcels and ensuring timely, secure handovers.
- Scheduling and overseeing out-of-hours contractors, ensuring permits and procedures are followed.
- Completing detailed shift logs, incident reports and thorough handovers to daytime teams.
- Keeping the concierge desk and lobby immaculate, upholding brand standards at all times.

Experience That Helps
- Previous concierge, hotel front-of-house, luxury retail or airline customer service experience.
- Experience with access control, CCTV systems or working in a security-aware environment.
- Confident using building management or logging systems and standard IT tools.
- Handling incidents or emergencies and working with contractors or external partners.
- Knowledge of local transport, amenities and services to assist residents and guests.

Initial conversation with our talent team
Interview focused on your customer service approach, security awareness, incident handling, communication skills and reliability for night shifts
