DEVELOPMENT DETAILS

Set within a grand Grade II listed landmark on the Thames in Westminster, this Berkeley Group conversion brings 201 elegant apartments together with five-star leisure amenities. You’ll work at the heart of a calm, hotel-style environment where residents enjoy a 24-hour concierge, pool, fitness studio, cinema, sauna and private dining spaces. With Westminster Underground a short walk away, the development welcomes an international community of homeowners and renters who value discretion, efficiency and outstanding service.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

You will be the overnight front-of-house presence, safeguarding the building while delivering warm, professional service to residents and guests. Most nights you will monitor security and life-safety systems, manage access and parcels, handle enquiries, and ensure the communal areas are pristine and ready for the morning.

What Success Looks Like

  • Residents and visitors are greeted promptly and courteously, with issues resolved at the first point of contact wherever possible.
  • The building is secure throughout the night, with diligent patrols and accurate incident reporting.
  • Handovers are crisp and complete, so day teams start fully informed and ready.
  • Amenity spaces are checked, tidied and prepared so they open flawlessly each morning.
  • Contractors and deliveries are supervised safely and with minimal disruption.
  • Records, logs and systems are kept up to date, audit-ready and error-free.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
