DEVELOPMENT DETAILS
You’ll be the overnight point of calm and confidence at a landmark community of around 1,500 luxury homes set within 86 acres of award-winning parkland. With landscaped green spaces, lakes, and a village feel, the environment is peaceful yet vibrant, and just a short walk from Kidbrooke station for fast links into Central London and Canary Wharf. You’ll support a diverse resident community who value service, security, and a welcoming face, working closely with day teams to keep standards high around the clock.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
You will deliver a reassuring, visible presence throughout the night, managing front-of-house services, security checks, and resident enquiries with professionalism. You’ll handle keys and parcels, monitor CCTV and building systems, and coordinate any incidents or contractors to keep the development running smoothly and safely.
What Success Looks Like
- Residents consistently feel safe, welcomed, and well-informed during night hours.
- Lobbies, entrances, and common areas remain pristine and ready for morning handover.
- Incidents are handled calmly, logged accurately, and escalated swiftly when needed.
- Clear, concise handovers ensure seamless continuity with the day concierge and management team.
- Access control, CCTV, and alarm systems are monitored diligently with proactive follow-up.
- Deliveries, keys, and contractor visits are managed securely with zero discrepancies.

How You'll Spend Most Of Your Time
- Providing a warm, professional front-of-house service to residents and visitors overnight.
- Conducting regular patrols, monitoring CCTV, and maintaining strong access control.
- Managing keys, parcels, and deliveries with accurate logging and secure storage.
- Responding to enquiries, complaints, and emergencies and coordinating appropriate actions.
- Keeping the reception area and high-traffic zones clean, tidy, and presentable.
- Completing reports, incident logs, and thorough end-of-shift handovers.

Experience That Helps
- Concierge, security, hospitality, or customer service experience in a premium environment.
- Familiarity with CCTV monitoring, access control, and incident reporting systems.
- Experience handling keys, parcels, and contractor coordination.
- Confidence in managing emergencies and liaising with external partners (e.g., police, fire).
- Knowledge of residential developments or high-end front-of-house settings.
