NIGHT CONCIERGE

Rendall & Rittner

£30,000

Royal Arsenal Freehold Estate - SE18 6FR

4 on, 4 off 1900 - 0700

DEVELOPMENT DETAILS

Set within the historic Royal Arsenal on the banks of the Thames, this estate blends heritage architecture with modern living, peaceful courtyards and well-kept green spaces. You’ll be part of a friendly riverside community where residents value a calm, secure environment and attentive service. With Woolwich Arsenal’s Elizabeth line and National Rail a short walk away, the setting is well connected yet tranquil—especially at night—making it a rewarding place to deliver excellent front-of-house and safety-focused support.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

You will be the welcoming, reassuring presence overnight—supporting residents, safeguarding the estate and keeping everything running smoothly while the city sleeps. Most shifts will balance attentive front-of-house service with proactive patrols, CCTV monitoring, incident response and clear handovers to the daytime team.

What Success Looks Like

  • Residents feel known, safe and well looked after every night.
  • The development is consistently secure, tidy and quiet with issues resolved before they escalate.
  • Incidents are handled calmly, logged accurately and communicated promptly to managers.
  • Thorough handovers ensure seamless continuity between night and day teams.
  • Building systems, alarms and CCTV are monitored diligently with swift, appropriate action taken.
  • Contractors and out-of-hours visitors are managed professionally with clear access control.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
