Night Concierge (Pre-Opening Team Member)

Job Title: Night Concierge

Welcome to a new era of luxury hospitality at Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch, a landmark hotel opening later this year. This is an unparalleled opportunity for an experienced luxury hospitality professional to join the founding team and help define the guest experience at this iconic property.


About the Role

Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch is poised to deliver an unrivalled luxury experience in the heart of London near Buckingham Palace. The hotel will feature:

  • 100 elegant rooms and suites
  • 17,500 sq ft of private residences
  • Two world-class restaurants (Coreus by Clare Smyth and Café Boulud by Daniel Boulud)
  • A Michelin-starred dining concept
  • A world-class spa & fitness facilities
  • Grand event spaces, including a 320-seat ballroom

Raising the bar in luxury hospitality since its inception, the Night Concierge will be integral in ensuring a World-Class Guest Experience during the pre-opening phase—setting the foundation for the hotel’s legacy.

We seek driven, passionate hospitality leaders who are committed to standing out, delivering flawless service, and upholding the legendary Fives Star Guest Experience as defined by Forbes.


Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for late-night guests, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable experience from check-in to departure.
  • Oversee multi-departmental coordination to deliver flawless service, including Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security, and Back Office Operations—exactly when guests require it most.
  • Prepare the property for night operations, including setting up concierge duties, guestFrontier systems, and key amplifications.
  • Assess live situations and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Represent the Waldorf Astoria signature, embodying refinement, authenticity, and excellence to all guests.
  • Completed night audit and final report upon conclusion of shift.
  • On-Call availability during the pre-opening phase to assist in emergencies.

Requirements

  • Strong front desk concierge experience preferred, within five-star luxury hotels.
  • Expertise in providing late-night concierge services to high-end guests.
  • Proven ability to handle complex enquiries seamlessly, advising on local & global travel arrangements, dining, and leisure.
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivated and completely dependable, always professional and discreet.
  • Excellent communicational skills (written and verbal).
  • Experience working in a bonded environment where precision in operations is essential.
