Overview:

Urang Property Management Ltd is looking for a professional and approachable Night Concierge to provide exceptional service to residents and visitors at Chelsea Bridge Wharf. You’ll be the first point of contact during the day, ensuring safety, smooth operations, and a welcoming environment for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors professionally.
  • Manage calls, emails, deliveries, and post.
  • Monitor CCTV and conduct regular security and safety checks.
  • Respond to incidents or emergencies and escalate as needed.
  • Maintain accurate logs and assist with onsite operational duties.
  • Ensure communal areas are clean, safe, and well-presented.

Salary & Hours:

  • £28,808 per annum
  • 4 days on / 4 days off rotation
  • 12-hour shifts (1-hour unpaid lunch)
