This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced concierge or front-of-house professional who can provide an exceptional level of resident service while taking responsibility for the safe and smooth operation of the development overnight.

Core focus of the role

As Night Concierge, you will be the main point of contact for residents and visitors throughout the night, providing a professional, discreet and responsive service.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Providing a welcoming and professional service to residents and guests
• Managing the front desk and responding to overnight resident enquiries
• Monitoring access to the development and ensuring appropriate security procedures are followed
• Carrying out regular patrols and checks of communal areas
• Monitoring CCTV and responding appropriately to security concerns
• Managing visitors, contractors and out-of-hours access
• Receiving and securely managing parcels and deliveries
• Responding to emergencies, alarms and out-of-hours incidents
• Recording and escalating maintenance, security and resident issues
• Maintaining accurate handover notes and incident reports for the day team
• Ensuring reception and communal areas remain clean, presentable and secure
• Liaising with emergency services, security teams and out-of-hours contractors where necessary
• Supporting the wider property management team in maintaining the high standards expected of a luxury residential development
