DEVELOPMENT DETAILS
You’ll be the reassuring overnight presence at a modern 334-apartment community in Hounslow, set within The Blenheim Centre. With a 24-hour ASDA and a gym on site, the development has a lively, convenient feel, while nearby Hounslow East and Hounslow Central stations put the Piccadilly line and Heathrow within easy reach. You’ll support a diverse resident mix in a contemporary setting that blends city connectivity with a close-knit, residential atmosphere.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
You will lead the night-time front-of-house experience: welcoming residents and visitors, managing security and safety, and keeping operations running smoothly when the city sleeps. You’ll monitor CCTV and access control, handle parcels and enquiries, and coordinate any out-of-hours issues with clarity and care.

How You'll Spend Most Of Your Time
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
