At Your Place, we are committed to solving homelessness in East London, one person at a time. We provide safe accommodation, support, and services that help people rebuild their lives and move towards greater independence.

We are looking for a Night Concierge Officer to join our dedicated overnight team. You will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for residents living in our homelessness and supported housing services.

  • Managing access to buildings and maintaining site security overnight.
  • Providing a professional, friendly, and trauma-informed customer service to residents and visitors.
  • Monitoring CCTV and responding appropriately to incidents, emergencies, and welfare concerns.
  • Carrying out health and safety responsibilities, including fire safety procedures and welfare checks.
  • Supporting residents overnight alongside the Night Support Worker.
  • Maintaining accurate records, completing handovers, and updating systems with incidents, complaints, and other relevant information.
  • Distributing post and parcels and managing equipment loans.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
