Contract: Bank (casual as required)
Hours: 12-hour night shifts (6pm to 6am), covering annual leave and sickness absence
Contractual base: Mallow Court, Gorsebrook Road, Wolverhampton, WV6 0PA
Operational requirement: On-site working

At Bromford Flagship LiveWest, we believe everyone deserves a safe place to call home. We're looking for a Bank Night Concierge to join our team at Mallow Court, a supported housing scheme for customers living with longstanding and enduring mental health conditions.
Working closely with the Housing Enabler, you'll help create a safe, supportive and welcoming environment overnight, providing reassurance to customers and responding calmly and professionally when challenges arise.
No two nights are the same, but every shift gives you the opportunity to make a genuine difference to vulnerable people's lives.
About Mallow Court
Mallow Court provides supported housing for customers with longstanding and enduring mental health diagnoses, helping them maintain their independence while accessing the support they need to live safely and successfully within their community.
The Night Concierge Role
As a Bank Night Concierge, you'll be responsible for maintaining the safety, security and wellbeing of customers and the scheme throughout the night. You'll be an important point of contact for customers, partner agencies and emergency services, ensuring concerns are managed appropriately and support is available when needed.

This role is ideal for someone who remains calm under pressure, communicates confidently and takes a proactive approach to supporting vulnerable people.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing a visible and reassuring presence throughout the night
- Supporting vulnerable customers in a professional and compassionate manner
- Responding appropriately to incidents, welfare concerns and emergency situations
- Liaising with crisis teams, emergency services and partner agencies when required
- Building positive working relationships with customers and colleagues
- Monitoring and managing communal areas, including the customer lounge
- Undertaking hourly walk-arounds of the building and grounds
- Maintaining accurate records, handovers and incident reports
- Working closely with the Housing Enabler to ensure customers receive appropriate support
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who:
- Has excellent communication and people skills
- Can build positive, professional relationships with customers and partner agencies
- Remains calm, resilient and confident in challenging situations
- Is able to de-escalate conflict and manage difficult conversations appropriately
- Takes a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer wellbeing
- Can work independently whilst exercising sound judgement
- Has experience supporting vulnerable people, ideally within housing, health, social care or a similar environment (desirable)
