The Night Concierge

The Night Concierge will focus on the day-to-day residents and guests of Park Modern, delivering duties to an exceptional standard. The Night Concierge will be one of the first points of contact, greeting residents and their guests upon arrival, managing all telephone/intercom calls and emails to the concierge desk. You will direct, coordinate, and plan essential central services such as guest arrivals, deliveries, post, valet collections, amenity bookings, housekeeping, security, waste disposal, and recycling, to ensure integration is seamless and a consistent vision is delivered. You will assist with ad-hoc resident requests such as transportation bookings, restaurant bookings, spa treatment bookings, theatre bookings, and dry-cleaning requests. You will be responsible for the delivery of the highest levels of customer service to all residents and their guests.

Alongside the Night Duty Manager, you will ensure the multiple service elements operate effectively to create a seamless one-team approach. You will focus on building owner loyalty through proactive communications, setting and managing expectations, and delivering results. You will be an ambassador for the brand and the development.
