Role Overview
As Night Duty Manager at Ibis Styles, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly. You will work closely with all team members to maintain high standards and provide a seamless guest experience. You'll encourage and develop your team and maximize sales at every opportunity.
Our Night Duty Managers typically work shifts from 11pm to 7am.

What Will I Be Doing?
As Night Duty Manager, you'll:
- Assist all guests in a sincere and courteous manner, going the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Anticipate guests' needs and react to those needs to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Carry out Duty Manager responsibilities to support the hotel's business needs.
- Ensure that the team is punctual, polite, courteous, and helpful to guests and colleagues at all times.
