Key Responsibilities

As a Night Front Office Graduate, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

  • Maintain and adhere to The Landmark London Standard Operating Procedures in all day-to-day duties and to ensure every attempt is made to deliver memorable moments to each and every guest while providing 5* service at all times.
  • Acquiring the knowledge to be able to explain the hotel's products and rates on offer, and giving recommendations to our guests to generate maximum revenue for the department.
  • Understanding of relevant policies and procedures and how to deal with specific situations.
