Night Haven Master

We are recruiting a Night Haven Master to join our team at Lymington Yacht Haven, a busy 650 berth marina. A highly customer-orientated role, the Night Haven Master is expected to deal with the basic running of the marina overnight by ensuring all processes are carried out smoothly and efficiently to enable the customer to have full enjoyment of all the marina facilities, whilst maintaining clear administrative procedures.

The position will require working a 12 hour shift pattern, seven nights in a row from 7pm until 7am on a week on / week off basis. It's no exaggeration to say that during the summer, the night can be as busy as the day!

About Us

Lymington Yacht Haven is home to over 650 boats afloat, a very popular bar and restaurant, a boatyard and a range of marine related businesses. We provide a 24/7 service to our customers, welcoming 1000s of visiting boats each year.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
