### The Role
We’re looking for an experienced luxury hotelier to join our founding team as an In-Room Dining Waiter (Nights). Your role? Create intimate, moment-perfect private dining experiences in our elegant rooms and suites—ensuring every detail aligns with Waldorf Astoria’s elite standards.
### Key Responsibilities
- Provide intimate bedside dining services to guests in the privacy of their rooms.
- Prepare and serve high-end meals and beverages with exceptional pace, precision, and finesse.
- Maintain flawless attention to service excellence, cleanliness, and courteous demeanour.
- Assist in seamless order processing and coordination with kitchen teams.
- Adhere to food safety, health, and sustainability standards at every stage.
- Ensure effortless experience continuity—from pre-order to post-dining cleanup.
- Support the hotel’s pre-opening launch, ensuring a flawless debut for our elite guest base.

### Person Specification
Essential
- Proven track record in a luxury in-room dining or premium hotel.
- Experience with Japanese orquette-style tea/lunch service (great but not mandatory).
- Att bilingual proficiency, with English and another European language a plus.
- Exceptional hospitality skills—driven to anticipate and exceed guest expectations.
- Strong team collaboration and ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working evening/night shifts as specified.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of COVID/Hygiene/Saison protocols (given the hotel’s premium location).
- Experience with reszeiten tables or fine dining scenarios.
- Willingness to participate in training and daily team huddles.
