More About The Role

While our stores are quiet and closed to customers, our night teams are hard at work making sure everything is stocked, spotless, and ready for the thousands of shoppers walking through our doors the next day.

As Night Manager, you’ll step up to lead, empower, and support our night shift colleagues. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you’ll bring a proactive attitude to keep operations running smoothly, safely, and efficiently through the night.

Reporting into the Store Manager, you’ll be on hand to:

  • Lead with care: Support and inspire your team to put customers first, ensuring the store is fully stocked and ready for trade every morning.
  • Manage your team: Take ownership of department scheduling, attendance, and resource planning so every shift is set up for success.
  • Develop your team: Train, coach, and build confidence across your colleagues, helping people grow their skills and spot future talent within the department.
  • Drive performance and standards: Work collaboratively with other store managers to deliver against targets, manage stock availability, and keep your department running safely and effectively.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
