About The Role
As a Night Manager at Cairn Group, you’ll be the overnight leader responsible for maintaining a smooth, secure, and welcoming experience for our guests.
- Oversee front-of-house operations during the night shift—checking in guests, handling reservation changes, and ensuring all guest queries are resolved with professionalism and care.
- Carry out regular security checks, manage basic cleaning and laundry duties, and oversee the setup of meeting and event spaces to the required standard.
- This hands-on role includes cash handling, card transactions, reconciliation, and preparing for the day ahead—ensuring a full and accurate handover to the morning team.

- A Polished Professional – You present yourself with clarity and care, representing the venue overnight.
- Proactive & Organised – You manage tasks independently, balancing priorities and completing all necessary reports.
- Experienced – You’ve worked in hotels before, ideally with knowledge of Opera, and are confident handling transactions and guest requests.
