Role Description
The Night Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at the Hilton Garden Inn in Hounslow. This role oversees hotel operations during night hours, ensuring a safe, smooth, and welcoming environment for guests and team members. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Supervising front desk activities
- Managing check-ins and check-outs
- Handling guest inquiries and complaints

The Night Manager also ensures adherence to brand standards, coordinates with housekeeping and maintenance for overnight tasks, and completes required reports and audits, such as night audit and cash reconciliation. The role involves responding to emergencies, enforcing security procedures, supporting team members on shift, and maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction throughout the night.
Qualifications
- Experience in hotel or hospitality operations, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong customer service and guest relations skills, with the ability to resolve issues calmly and professionally.
- Proficiency in front office systems and basic computer skills; familiarity with property management systems is an advantage.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and night audit duties.
- Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse colleagues and guests.
- Knowledge of basic safety, security, and emergency procedures within a hotel environment.
- Ability to work night shifts on a full-time basis, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Previous experience in branded hotels or with Hilton properties is beneficial.
- Relevant hospitality or business qualification, or equivalent experience, is preferred.
